CCJ Set aside

I was issued a CCJ in 2016 which was settled in full within 40 days. This is also reflected in the credit file. I wish to Set it aside. As I understand it, a Judge will consider it if its settled within 30 days. In my case, is it an automatic "NO" if i request it? I ask as I don't want to throw away £250 for the appeal if it will automatically get rejected.

If you've paid it in full - what's your reason for it to be set aside?0

Set aside sets a court claim back to the start so that you can put in a defence.
You've paid it in full so it is too late for that.
Did you actually pay it off within 30 days? If so, it should not be appearing at all on your credit file. If no, then it should appear but be marked settled.0 -
You have to have a reason to get a ‘set aside’ granted - such as ‘I didn’t receive the paperwork’ - you can’t get a set aside for just paying it off. If as you said you paid it in 40 days - it will show on your credit file as ‘satisfied’ and that is the correct entry for your situation. You can’t remove it now until it falls off naturally after 6 years from judgment date.0
