  • I've been out of the country working for 2.5 years. I worked out what i should have been paying them. It's about 800. I would like to come clean with them and pay it lump sum and continue on paying monthly but I have a feeling they will hit me with a penalty. I was thinking of telling them I was only working this year and pay that to avoid the penalty. I can do this unless they ask to see my contract or ask to talk to my employer. What should I do? Any suggestions?

I know of people that moved job in the UK and have had the same problem. As far as I know they just continue taking there money when they catch up to you.
    Thanks
