Furlough question am I being paid enough?

Just a quick question please as I don't believe i am being paid correctly. My employer can't answer my questions so I have come here.
I was furloughed as I work in a restaurant. If I am contracted for 20 hours pay and I only do 12 hours exactly how many hours should I receive per week please?
Basic question with a basic answer please. Thanks in advance

If you have not signed a furlough agreement or any other agreement reducing your hours:
20 hours. If that is what your contract says then that's the number of hours you should be paid for, if your employer doesn't want you to work for 8 of your contracted hours they still have to pay you for them.
If you have signed a furlough agreement:
18.4 hours. 100% for the hours you worked and 20% reduction for the contracted hours you haven't worked. (Unless you have annual leave booked or your furlough agreement says your employer will top up your pay.)
If you have signed an agreement reducing your hours temporarily (not furlough):
12 hours, unless your agreement says otherwise.

Yes it looks like I have signed a furlough agreement which is the 2nd your reply. Definitely not receiving 18.4 hours.epm-84 said:If you have not signed a furlough agreement or any other agreement reducing your hours:
