CCA request lowell

Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster.
I have a very old debt at around £3000 which has been with lowell for about 3 years. I've been paying this in a self managed DMP at £5 a month. Its going to take a lifetime at this rate. My question is as I'm paying this still, can I still send in a CCA request?

Yes of course you can, one does not stop you from doing the other, its your statutory right at any time you choose, as long as a balance remains on the account.
