AIB any experience?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with AIB(GB) since they seem to have competitive rates if you're willing to accept no overpayment option, but not much discussion on here about them?
Thanks!

@billy7654 It's probably because they're direct-only outside NI, and their LTI ceiling is 3.5x. So I'd guess they don't do a huge lot of business.Billy7654 said:Just wondering if anyone has any experience with AIB(GB) since they seem to have competitive rates if you're willing to accept no overpayment option, but not much discussion on here about them? Thanks!
The relatively low LTI ceiling probably lowers the risk sufficiently to be able to offer market leading rates.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Just spent 30 mins to get through to AIB only to be told they are only lending to existing customers0
