Pension Allowance

I will have paid around £23k into my company pension as of end of December, am I right in saying that if my P60 shows earning this year of 13k am I allowed to make a personal payment of £10k into my plan

If you think your P60 will show £13k why have you already paid £23k?

Are you referring to a relief at source contribution of £10k (£12.5k gross)?
  • The 23k is a salary sacrifice and yes 12.5k gross
  • So you haven't paid in £23k.

If you can afford it then yes you could make a net relief at source contribution of £10k.  Or even £10,400.
