Claiming SHOPMIUM Cashback problem

I have tried to claim the cashback for the 'Free' £2ish Lindt chocolate offer using the Shopmium cashback app. I followed the instructions on the link below and entered the 'MSE' code and the offer is shown in the app. However, when I try to claim the cashback in the app it states "You Have reached the maximum number of products you can buy with the Lindt Excellence 100g bar offer". I emailed Shopmium 3 days ago but still have not had a reply, and there doesn't seem to be a contact number for them.
Does anyone know why I not able to claim the cashback, as I have never used this app before?
