Company car tax

Hi All
Sorry if this is in wrong section but i am looking for some advice ! If my company have leased a car for me on a monthly payment 2 year plan can i pay that lease value (monthly fee) and thus avoid paying company car tax as it would not be a benefit in kind ?

Thats between you and your employer but in theory you can pay for it out of your net salary so it doesnt attract tax via BIK1
