Ocado vouchers have stopped

Anyone else noticed that Ocado have not issued any money off vouchers for a very long time? I asked why, this is their response "I'm afraid we have had to pause some of the offers we once gave, just so we can focus on keeping up with the current demand" If that's the case, they are making more profit now than pre pandemic. Issuing vouchers is not an arduous task.

Why do they need to? Currently they have more customers trying to book a delivery than they have capacity to deliver to. There is no need to offer discounts when you already have plenty of customers.2
