child maintenance - collect and pay question?

can anyone help me please, so my cma went to collect and pay last month as paying hasn't paid and owed over £500 - he paid the last 2 months or im assuming it was taken from his benefits i received 7th October and then the 3rd November. the payment day states plus 2 - 5 days although this i don't understand as universal credit is paid the same day every month so why i need to wait i don't know - i have just checked my statement and it said what you were owed £30 ( i know how poxy) what i received is blank child maintenance due to you £580  then it says opening balance was £550 so does this mean i can expect not to get this months payment?

It sounds as if you are due £30 but they have been unable to collect it so the total you are owed has increased by that amount.
