Porting mortgage

Evening all
Were porting our current mortgage to our new property.
Our broker submitted an application to port an amount of £212,933 to our new property back in September and that's the amount that's being ported but we've paid made 3 monthly mortgage payments since our application.
When we complete do we receive a transfer from nationwide of the 3 months payments weve made?

When the transaction completes any excess funds will be returned to you via your solicitor.
