Back dated wages

I left my job in February this year 2020, apparently the head teacher hadn’t payed its employees right since 2016, am I able to claim this back

    Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked

    What wasn't paid 'right'? Why do you think this, and how has it 'come to light?'

    The question relates to some kind of error in how staff were paid not that they weren't paid anything!

    If they are admitting the error and working through the wages back to 2016 then you should be included in any shortfall calculations.

    You could remind them and make enquiries about what is being done.
    If you know for sure the type of error and the amounts then you could remind them of those as well.
