TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “SkyVegas: Unwrap the Cash” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	ON AIR COMPETITION On the dates mentioned in 3.0, entrants will be selected by electronic random draw and brought to air. If an entrant does not answer their phone a new entrant will be drawn until one is brought to air. The successful person who is brought to air will have to answer a question correctly. If they fail to answer the question correctly, a new entrant will be brought to air until we have a winner.   The first person to answer correctly each day (total of 4), will be given the option of 2 boxes. Each box will continue 2 undisclosed amounts of cash - one of higher and one of lower value. Whichever box the winner(s) picks and is confirmed by the presenter, will be awarded that amount of cash.   The presenter’s judgement is final. Successful, winner(s) will win:   1)      In relation to the 4 on-air winners: an undisclosed amount of cash between £100.00 and £1,000.00 (whatever amount is the box they pick).   ON-AIR COMPETITION The entrant(s) will be chosen by electronic random draw on: -        Friday 4th December 2020 at 12:00 (noon) for the on-air competition date of Monday 7th December 2020 -        Monday 7th December 2020 at 12:00 (noon) for the on-air competition date of Tuesday 8th December 2020 -        Tuesday 8th December 2020 at 12:00 (noon) for the on-air competition date of Wednesday 9th December 2020 -        Wednesday 9th December 2020 at 12:00 (noon) for the on-air competition date of Thursday 10th December 2020   ONLINE COMPETITION 1)      online competition: £1,000 will be awarded to an online participant who enters online but doesn’t get through to the on-air competition.   The winner will be those person who successfully answer the question correctly and enter their correct details online. The winning person information should match to the information entered when they are contacted. If the details do not match, a new winner will be drawn.   One winner will be chosen by electronic random draw.   The winner will be drawn on Monday 14th December 2020.   The winner will be contacted via phone. If the winner does not respond and accept their prize within 5 working days, their prize will become invalid and a new winner will be drawn.

3. DATES	ON AIR COMPETITION Entry Start Date and End Date. From Wednesday 2nd December 2020 at 00.01 (Start Date) to Wednesday 9th December 2020 at 12.00 (End Date). Entrants will be drawn: -        Friday 4th December 2020 at 12:00 (noon) for the on-air competition date of Monday 7th December 2020 -        Monday 7th December 2020 at 12:00 (noon) for the on-air competition date of Tuesday 8th December 2020 -        Tuesday 8th December 2020 at 12:00 (noon) for the on-air competition date of Wednesday 9th December 2020 -        Wednesday 9th December 2020 at 12:00 (noon) for the on-air competition date of Thursday 10th December 2020 -          On Air Competition Round Start Date and End Date. On air competition rounds will run every day between 19:00 and 22:00 (the evening show) from Monday 7th December to Thursday 10th December 2020.   ONLINE COMPETITION Start Date and End Date. From Wednesday 2nd December 2020 at 00.01 (Start Date) to Sunday 13th December 2020 at 23.59 (End Date)   Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.   Winner Announcement. The name of the winner(s) will be announced on-air.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.
5. THE PRIZE	ON AIR COMPETITION During the evening show (19:00 to 22:00), from Monday 7th December 2020 to Thursday 10th December 2020, there will be 1 winner each day (total of 4 winners across the 4 days) who will each win an undisclosed amount of cash between £100 and £1,000 via direct bank transfer   ONLINE COMPETITION 1 winner who successfully enters online and answer the question correctly, will win: £1,000.00 sent via direct bank transfer   Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

 

 

 

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

 

1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize.  Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

 

1. MISCELLANEOUS.
   1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.
   2. One entry per person per week.
   3. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
   4. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
   5. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
   6. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
   7. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.
   8. Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements.
   9. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.
   10. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
