That's why people on here are advising not to gamble with crooks i.e. take a mortgage that has a connection to SVR

I'm with the co-op - having secured a brilliant 2yr BoEBB+0.04% in November (rising to +.44% for life after 2 years/no penalty which is still respectable) with no fee.
Anyway whilst the interest is calculated daily, the interest rate change is only effective on the 1st of the month after the BofE change the rate.What goes around - comes around
