scs just had problem

parents just bought a suite from scs.wont come in through the door,only other option is to take window out.problem there is its a realy tight fit and could well be a problem.my dad says they are saying he cant get a refubd as he signed something to say he takes responsibilty that it would go in..paid with debit card scs are saying he has to take it..
didnt no where else to put this but if anybody can help it would be greatfully appreciated
