@tommyedinburgh Setting aside products like Barclays Springboard (and similar products from other lenders), that include some form of assistance from a third party (usually family), no there aren't any normal 95% LTV products out there afaik.

Many thanks. We had decided to stay where we are for a couple more years then an absolutely wonderful home went on the market today. It needs completely renovated so we’d need every penny possible.
