Lender who takes commission into account

Good evening
Can anybody please recommend a mortgage lender who would take 100% of my monthly commission earnings into account when deciding how much they would lend?
A Google search is unclear as a lot of the articles I find are out of date ie pre pandemic and my own bank does not take commission into account.
Many thanks

@Bobby3210 Yes, there are a few lenders who would potentially consider 100% of commission paid monthly into their affordability calculations, subject of course to different levels of minimum track record and other criteria. It used to be a wider field pre-covid.

Best to approach a broker (such as K_S) for this sort of requirement, they are best placed to help you navigate through the options when you have a more specialised need like this.

Do you have a history of these sort of payments?
I have one going through at the minute, they have asked for 18 months worth of payslips - 6 months would have been the norm for them pre-covid, but they want to ensure his income has not increased because of covid.
Different lenders take different approaches and with anything like this it always comes down to the details. There is never really a yes or no answer. You always start off with maybe 80 possible lenders, everything you have that is a bit quirky will knock lenders off that list and hopefully by the end of it your quirks have still left you some options.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
