Has anyone had any experience, either as a broker or a borrower, with Darlington Building Society?
I am thinking of applying to them for a Shared Ownership 5 year fixed and can find very little information on them here! Anecdotes greatly appreciated!
Not sure which CRA they use and can't find any info about how they view adverse history. I have a pretty boring credit history aside from 2 months of arrangements to pay a now-closed loan in March and April 2017, which only shows up in Experian reports (not Equifax/TransUnion).
I understand smaller Societies tend to be slow and use antiquated technologies, but am in no rush as waiting for seller's EWS1 which is taking an age.
Any one who has any experience with them at all - please share?
