    My mistake, we got the mortgage illustration last night - a step ahead of ourselves there! Call booked today for full application/valuation/verify income.

    We passed all the checks in our call today and now moving onto valuation (fee paid) and verification of income. Sending payslips tonight.

    Hello, in short, yes! 
    - The lenders surveyor came to do the valuation on the 7th December. 
    - We submitted some extra payslips last week for my partner as requested by the Halifax case handling team (He had some sick leave and they want to confirm his full pay and that he had returned to full normal hours, which we confirmed). 
    - Solicitors details were passed to the lender on the 10th December. 
    Now we are just waiting to hear if we have the offer! 
    Fingers crossed.
