This was last updated September 2020 - so a few months out of date and specifically about Shared Ownership lenders but is a good indication of which lenders may accept
alternatives to the EWS1 e.g. FRAs, for those who are having trouble finding a mortgage in the current EWS1 crisis.
Edit to add disclaimer: I do not recommend buying a flat in a building without EWS1 currently, in case you do manage to buy and then find out remediation is required ££££££!!! I'd only buy with an A1/A2 or B1 EWS1 certified - but the above link might be particularly useful for people on expensive SVRs who are unable to remortgage without it.
