Love2Shop E gift card code won't work

I got an E gift card to be used at love 2 shop emailed to me. It was for £40 but as love 2 shop don't sell £40 I had to buy 2 8 20. I also was sent a seperate email for another one for £20. 
There was very little choice and I don't go out to shops as I'm disabled and everything is closed anyway. The only one suitable was Asda. But you can't spend this on groceries only George.com so I opted for this. I went to the love 2 shop site. Entered the code. It then sent me a picture of a gift card which said "asda' even though I selected George. When o got to check out at George, I entered code and pin by cutting and pasting but it said " invalid". I tired it with otherwise same thing "invalid code. Not recognised". I tried to contact love 2 shop as a link on gift voucher says " contact card services" but it wouldn't let me complete the details only name and email bit. The other bits ask you "where did you get reward code form" it wouldn't let me enter that and reason for contact I couldn't enter anything in that field

Anyway has this happened to anyone else?  I curse the person who sent me this awful voucher. It was for money I was owed as well
