Mortage after bankruptcy

Hello,
I wanted to ask if anyone has had success getting a mortage immediately following discharge. I am due for discharge in February and I was going to wait a few years but my parents just came into a lot of money so want to help with a deposit.
I will have 60k combined household income and 100k deposit looking for somewhere roughly 200k so a 50% mortage. Is that a possibility at all or will it still get flat out rejected?
Thanks

Your options will be limited to 1-2 lenders, but yes it can potentially be done.
