The purchase may be above above the MSE allowed spend limit depending on what is included in the promotion. The Pizzas seem to be £5 and desserts etc £3. The only cheaper items seem to be dips which I wouldn't imagine would be "promotional" items.
Unless someone knows where to get them cheaper.

If these are the ones they sell in Tesco, you can by as part of a meal deal. In bigger stores you can get 2 pizzas, 2 sides / 2 desserts (or 1 of each) and set of dips for £10 and in the little stores it's one pizza, side / dessert and set of dips for £5. So, technically you could fit it in under the average cost per item - but people may be buying it anyway, we do as our Friday night treat instead of spending almost £50 on a certain pizza company - 2 sets of deals for £20 and they taste much better in my opinion!
