Primark has launched candy-cane striped paper bags that are absolutely perfect for wrapping presents in - meaning all you'll need this Christmas is some scissors and tape

Designed to be used as wrapping paper as well as a way to get your purchases home from the store, the new look was unveiled earlier this month. And in case you're in any doubt, they even have "This bag makes great wrapping paper" written on the side.It means one item can be ticked off the Christmas list without it costing you a penny.

Primark also has some fab ideas ow what you can do with its festive bags beyond wrapping presents in them. LInk below to make them into star decorations.

I thought Primark bags were designed to disintegrate once 50ft from the store doors so you won't get them home to use as wrapping.  In Scotland, due to the law, I am sure it must be free wrapping paper that doubles up as a bag
