With 5/6 months to recover the ~£700 fee you needs a decent rate reduction on £150k
Different calculations for working out over 5 years, you need to be guessing what rates will be in 5/6 months
With the ability to switch early going to need a good rate drop and the rates in a few months to be higher than now.
