‘O2 Competition’ on Capital Network; Radio X; Heart Network – Thursday 26th November 2020 to Thursday 10th December 2020 

RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/; https://www.radiox.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ; https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the ‘O2 Competition’ (the “Competition") which will run from Thursday 26th November 2020 to Thursday 10th December 2020 on Capital Network; Radio X; and Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to  www.capitalfm.com/win; www.radiox.co.uk/win  or www.heart.co.uk/win , register their details and answer one question on the O2 competition page.

4.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on Thursday 26th November 2020 and close at 23:59 on Thursday 10th December 2020.

5.    One winner will be randomly selected from all correct and eligible entries across Capital Network, Radio X and Heart Network.

6.    The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email by a representative of Global within 7 working days of the competition closing and told they have won.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must be aged 18 years old or over

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9.    1 x winner will receive: 

•    1x Sim free 128GB iPhone 12 Pro mobile phone
•    1x 12-Months Disney+ subscription
•    1x £100 Deliveroo e-gift card
•    £500.00 spending money

Prize Terms and Conditions:

10.    Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 

11.    12-month Disney + subscription will be provided in the form of £60.00 cash to be used toward a subscription. The winner will be required to open a Disney+ account and set up a direct debit in their name. Should the winner wish to continue their subscription after this time, they may do so at their own expense. However, should the winner not wish to continue with their subscription, it is their responsibility to cancel the subscription before the end of the 6-month period. 

12.    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delay with stock availability and deliveries. 

13.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
