Lloyds TSB mortgage timescale

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has recent experience of applying through Lloyds? Our buyers have apparently had to change mortgage lenders (Can’t find out the reason why) and have now re applied through Lloyds so I’m wondering how long they (and us) may have to wait for a mortgage offer. And hoping whatever the reason they couldn’t get the first mortgage doesn’t crop up again!! TIA
