    Have  you looked at the NICE guidance with regards to referral criteria?

    Thank you this is very helpful. 
      • Routinely if it is causing pain or discomfort.
     I did mention daily discomfort and it affecting my Life (can't stand for long periods without shuffling to ease the discomfort and driving long distances etc) and he tried rearranging my words and saying "You have a dragging feeling" which I corrected him and said "discomfort".
