Hi all
I’ve been through 2 tupes in my current job. My current employer pays holiday at an accrued rate but the company who’s contract I’ve signed entitles me to full pay. My employer is refusing to pay me full for my holiday, is this right?

Your post is confusing. If your current employer is your current employer(!), you are bound by whatever your contractual terms are with them. Where does signing a contract with another company come into it - if they aren't your current employer, why would their policy impact on your terms of employment?Matt_b93 said:Hi all
