Green home grant, some questions - member of household on income based ESA

Options
I've read lots of people are having issues with this grant, sorry to add more questions about it!
I'm disabled and unable to work and I'm on income related esa, I live in a house that my parents own, and have 24/7 care here, but my parents don't live here, and I'm not a tenant as I don't pay rent.

I don't know what to choose when filling in the eligibility checker on the .gov website, to question :
Do you own your home?
  1. Yes, I own my home
  2. Yes, I am the landlord
  3.  No, I am a tenant
The house double glazing pretty much all needs replacing as it is cold and draughty (I'm not sure if replacing double glazing is in the remit of the green home grant?). It would be good if we could make the house greener and more energy efficient. Should the answer be #1 to the question above, or is it considered something else?

I'd think you would perhaps need to get your parents to fill it in as the owners, but thats just a guess

The grants don't cover replacing double glazing :(
    I think....
  • Thank you both,
I did think it would end up having to get filled in by them, but a bit rubbish they don't cover replacing double glazing! I'll have to have a look what they do cover and see if it's possible to at least make some green changes.

    Thank you again
