Santander Mortgage Processing Centre

Anyone know what this is??? Mortgage has been agreed by UW but is at the Mortgage Processing centre before the offer is issued...

    It's what it says on the tin - it's the name for the department where they process mortgages. 
  • Once the mortgage is agreed subject to val it goes out of the underwriter queue and into the mortgage processing centre queue. If the val has been done then it will be matched up and offered, if the val hasn't been done then it will wait there until it is
