Instagram Blocking Comments

Hello
Ive recently started entering Instagram competitions however the past few days they keep stopping my comments on posts as they think it could be spam. I am then blocked for 48 hours on commenting, has anyone had this happen to them? There’s no customer service phone numbers to ring just to ask or find out why.
Ive recently started entering Instagram competitions however the past few days they keep stopping my comments on posts as they think it could be spam. I am then blocked for 48 hours on commenting, has anyone had this happen to them? There’s no customer service phone numbers to ring just to ask or find out why.
I have read they give you on average 50 comments per hour so maybe that’s why as I do all the competitions I find all at once

This is a normal occurrence as comping constitutes as spam. Once you get banned once, the threshold is even lower.2
