Delia Smith’s Mincemeat Recip[e - cook in slow cooker?

I am just about to put Delia’s recipe in the oven and then wondered if I could put it in the slow cooker instead?  Has anyone done this please?
In the oven you put it on @120 degrees for 3 hours.  I’m wondering if I put it on slow for about 6 hours if that would be right.
Can anyone advise please?
Many thanks.

I'm planning to make it in a slow cooker over this coming weekend and thought the recipe looked very suitable for slow cooking as it is (the cover the bowl with foil and gas mark 1/4 for 3 hours plus not needing to stir until it's cooling down).
So I can't advise but speaking as an experienced slow cooker user and maker of Delia's recipes I really do think it will work well and I'm planning to do it that way too unless you tell me otherwise.
Have a great time chopping, grating and stirring and enjoy the wonderful aromas, bet your neighbours will all be asking what you're making and sniffing appreciatively.
Let us know how you get on and show us a photo of the finished jars so we can all applaud and wish we were as skilled, goldfinches.
ETA: just looked at the time on your post so you might be done by now, hope everything went well and sorry if it didn't.
