Opinium research.

Hi. Just wondering if anybody has attempted to claim a payment from opinium research of late? I put in my claim ages ago and received nothing. I have sent 2 email queries, both of which have been ignored and clicking on the Facebook link on their home page just takes to to a dead area. Still receiving regular surveys though. Any help appreciated.

My most recent payment from Opinium was paid into my account on 22/10 after redeeming it on 07/10, so it can take a while. Is your bank details up to date? Did you get a confirmation from Opinium via email that you claimed the prize on the day or a day after?

Hi Joecrystal. Thanks for your reply. I didn’t get an email confirming the claim but I didn’t on my previous claim either.

My balance is currently showing as £34.05 and zero available to claim due to the fact I have been completing surveys since I claimed the payment. It’s been over a month since I requested the payment.

Has anyone been waiting for a payment recently from Opinium?

I claimed a reward mid January, and their acknowledgement stated that payments are usually made within 3 weeks.

They replied to an email I sent during February which stated they are looking into it, but nothing so far.

Have you checked your bank account? Mine got paid last time without any confirmatory email.
Claimed at the beginning of January and paid I think it was just within the 3weeks.

    Hi @elsien
Thanks for replying.  I claimed a £23 Amazon voucher and £2 charity donation.
Have checked my Amazon account, and unable to see anything.
