I entered a competition last December I had email to say that I have won back early February, It was a wooden Toy bundle which was 3 items, With A lot of messing about emailing them and all that, The lady said its in our office waiting to get posted out and to apologise she was putting in some books, Well I have received it today , It's only got 2 wooden toys in and only 1 of them is from what it said I'd won, The main Toy is not in at all.
This is the first time I feel disheartened with a win. I feel like emailing and asking where the main prize is but I know I should be greatful for what I got.

I think it might be a nice idea to contact the prize provider and explain that some elements of the prize have not yet arrived.
Mention exactly what is missing a ask if they could look into the situation for you and then get back to you.
That way if there has been an oversight the company have been given a chance to rectify the situation0 -
would def send an e mail and ask where the main prize was, I would say you had told grandson and he was so disappointed etc good luck x0

Hi thank you for your reply's, I have sent them an email this morning stating what the prize was and what l have received, I have also asked them if they are going to send the rest separately. I have not got an email back yet which they have always replied very quickly with all my other emails I have sent them. All I can do is wait and see. Fingers Crossed2

Just letting you all know that I have received email saying,
We’re afraid we do not have another Petilou Stacking Veggies set which was worth £55, but we would like to send you another 2 wooden toys to make up for this missing one, worth £63.98.
So fingers crossed, And thank you for your advice.8
