Send Jamie and Amanda your hero nomination using the box below. We want to hear your heart-warming and feelgood stories on why these heroes are so special.
Please keep to 300 characters maximum.

Every day from Monday 30th November to Friday 11th December, a winner will be brought to air with Jamie and Amanda to receive a luxury Betty's Christmas Hamper. And their nominee will also win a hamper too!

The hamper includes goodies like bottles of wine, gin and port; Christmas pudding and fruit cake; Betty's tea; coffee; chutney; fruit jellies; biscuits; chocolate and shortbread.

TalkTalk Christmas Heroes Competition on Heart Network, November/December 2020

RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/  (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘TalkTalk’s Christmas Heroes’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 23rd November 2020 to Friday December 11th 2020 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 23rd November 2020 and close at 10:00am on Wednesday 9th December 2020
4.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk  to submit the nomination for their ‘Christmas Hero’ figure in their life and why they think they deserve a reward this festive season. Entrants will be asked to register their details and submit their nomination in no more than 300 characters.
5.    Entrants may be contacted at any point between Monday 23rd November 2020 at 10am and Friday December 11th  2020 at 11am. If Global cannot contact an entrant via the details they provided after three attempts, they may forfeit their right to a prize and another entrant will be selected.
6.    Winning entries will be judged on the following criteria: the nomination must be original, heart-warming & feel good. The Breakfast Producers’ decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into.
7.    By nominating a ‘Christmas Hero’, the Entrant acknowledges that they have sought the permission of their nominated ‘hero’ to do so. Should the nominated person not be aware of this, the Entrant’s nomination will be disqualified from the Competition. 

8.    If any submitted entry is deemed to be rude, offensive, illegal, condoning dangerous behaviour or not deemed appropriate for Heart’s Feel Good family audience, it will be excluded from the competition.
9.    All Entrants chosen as a Winner will be required to talk to the presenter(s) via FaceTime and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated, and another Entrant chosen. 
10.    Entrants acknowledge that their entry may be used on Heart and/or TalkTalk channels including websites, competition pages, social channels, newsletters/emails, outdoor advertising during the promotion or at a future date.  The winners may be contacted via the contact details provided to discuss this.

11.    Entrants’ personal data will only be held and used by Global to administer this promotion and the personal information of any winning entrants and their nominated ‘hero’ will be shared with our prize providers, as detailed in the Global’s Privacy Statement.

12.    By entering into the Competition, each winning entrant agrees that the Promoter may mention them and/or their nominated ‘Christmas Hero’ on the radio for broadcast.

13.    Entrants acknowledge that their Facetime call with presenters and/or stills from the call may be used on Heart and/or TalkTalk channels including websites, competition pages, social channels, newsletters/emails or outdoor advertising during the promotion or at a future date.  The winners may be contacted via the contact details provided to discuss this.

Eligibility:
    
14.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 
15.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 
16.    Entrants selected to win can only win once during this ‘Christmas Heroes’ promotion.
17.    Entrants must be available to take either a live voice call or live Facetime call weekdays from Monday 23rd November to Friday 11th December 2020 between 06:30am and 11:00am.

18.    The daily prize ( 20 in total: November 30th – December 4th and December 7th – December 11th) is a hamper each for the nominator and nominee.

21.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion. There is no cash alternative.
