RULES

1.   The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/(the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Bold radio competition’ (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 23rd November 2020 to Sunday 29th November 2020 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3.   To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.ukregister their details, and answer a multiple choice question. 

4.   Online entry will open at 00:01am on 23rdNovember 2020 and close at 23:59pm on 29thNovember 2020.

5.   Once the Competition has closed, one winner will be randomly selected from all, correct, eligible entries and notified 7 days after the close date via the contact details they have provided.

1.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the UK and destination country. Experience to take place in 2021. 

2.    Your prize includes either off peak train travel or a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. Train travel will need to be booked with us at least 6 weeks before you plan to travel. Off peak refers to travel booked outside of morning and evening commuter periods, this varies depending on the train operator but generally excludes departures between 0600-1000 and 1600-1900. Petrol allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 600 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses. 

3.    If traveling by train, transfers will be provided and will be private and not shared with other passengers. 

4.    You will be staying in a 5* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. 

5.    Asda e-gift code can be redeemed online at george.com, groceries.asda.com or in any of over 600 stores. E-gift code is valid for 2 years from your last transaction. 

6.    Makeover will be based on 1 stylist visiting the winner’s hotel and providing the services outlined for up to 2.5 hours. Appointments will be subject to availability at the time of booking. 

7.    Your dinner at Dinner by Heston is based on two adults enjoying a three course meal from the a la carte menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee. 

8.    If this any part of this experience can not take place due to Covid 19, an alternative experience will be provided. 

9.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 

10.  This prize is non-transferable or refundable
