TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Tesco E-Gift Card KISS Breakfast Promotion On-Air competitions Nov 2020” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN  The prize winners will be those persons who contact the KISS Breakfast Show during the below times and on the below dates via text, phone, or Twitter, and then have their message read out on air or are brought to air themselves. Only if a person’s message is read out on air or a person is brought to air, will that person be classed as a winner. If a person’s voice note is played out on air during the KISS Breakfast Show, this is not classed as being brought to air and does not make that person a winner, unless the presenter specifically says that person is a winner on the show.

 

 

2.ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS           

•            Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

•            Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

 

5. THE PRIZE    

Throughout the KISS Breakfast Show Promotion period below, there will be a total of up to 50 winners. Each winner will win 1 x £100 Tesco e-gift card of their choice from the Tesco range available at https://www.tescogiftcards.com/#categories in the form of an e-gift card that will be sent to the winner via email.

 

The promotional period is Monday 23rd November 2020 to Friday 27th November 2020 between 06:00 and 10:00 each day.

 

There will be up to 20 x winners per day in this period. In total there will be up to 100 x winners during the promotional week.

 

Programming have the right to change the number of prizes given away per day, but the overall maximum total of prizes given away across the ‘Tesco E-gift Card KISS Breakfast Promotional campaign period’ will stay the same (up to 100 prizes).

This happened to me too, on Chrome. I reloaded the page and then it was okay.
