Is this a scam ?

My wife received a txt from medlink.co.uk REQUIRING her to sign in - using her surgery details !
This was unexpected and we are concerned that it may be a scam linked to her Diabetes
Any advice

If you're worried it is a scam, don't sign in, and contact the surgery tomorrow to check whether this is a service they're offering to patients.

No such website (available to purchase if you want it) so can't be a scam.  medilink exists but is not patient related.  Always ignore unsolicited texts or phone calls and NEVER open embedded links (links can take you somewhere else completely rather than the visible name of the text).

    Report as spam/block/delete the number?

https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/gps/gp-online-services/ lists the official / approved websites.

Yes, if you have a support worker you should speak to them about your anxiety issues, as from your recent posts on here, they appear to be becoming all-consuming. You are inventing things to worry about, unnecessarily.
