Hi, can anyone help, I bought a lock from the online bike store Wiggle, I need to contact the manufacturer of the lock to change my registration details, as they offer a guarantee that their lock if your bike is stolen. The manufacturer isn't replying to my emails. I have asked Wiggle if they can assist and contact the manufacturer and ask them to make contact. Wiggle have said they can't help as they are unable to share my details with the manufacturer. This seems odd as I am asking them to. Does anyone have any expertise in this area?
