Most stores in the Metro Centre have the Wii and all the accesories etc, ToysRus, Maughan, Zavvi etc all had them in stock.

"Game" in Debenhams, Bristol had Wii Play with the remote for £35 this evening.

I got a wii play tonight at Toysrus at the metrocentre.:j

The WP weren't on display so luckily I asked if they had any in stock, at 7.30 they had 24 left.

I am still waiting for mine from Amazon.de, they said they had sent on the 10th and i would expect to receive it by the 14th and I still haven't received it. I emailed them and they said it could take up to 31 days and should arrive by January 08!!!! no use to me as i ordered 2 for christmas gifts....I'm not sure what to do next either...

Email from hmv ( forgot to cancel ) saying the wii play has been dispatched paid for next day and managed to get a wii remote already - may have a spare wii remote tomorrow ??:rotfl:

Join the club - I ordered mine on 7th - hadn't arrived, so I e-mailed them - basically just open the Amazon.co.uk site and the Amazon.de sire and shadow yourself - if you don't understand German. - There's an e-mail us section on the right - just click that, and type in English - all the queries go to the same fulfillment centre anyway I think.

It arrived yesterday (Thursday), so they are shipping, but still took a bloomin long time to get here.

But youre right it is getting close - I had tried HMV (yeah what a load of muppets they are) and ended up cancelling. Still need another one for a mate, so might try Tesco (NEVER ASDA) or Woolies.

I'm going to be the only person without one this Christmas - gutted now that I cancelled the HMV order when they now seem to be arriving. We've been all over Liverpool looking and can't get one anywhere
