Just had an email from LD asking me to sign my life away !! Not quite, but very confusing. Seemingly asking us to sign up to accept what could possibly be costly litigation, especially if they lose. Can anyone shed some light on the possible losses Fund holders like me might incur? They talk about No win, No fee but I'm not sure.
