Yes, it would be fully covered by bankruptcy.

but you should slow them down by

    (a) acknowledging service
    (b) doing a cca request to PRA (assuming it's a consumer credit act debt)
    (c) doing a cpr request to their solicitors.

    Details here:

It's very satisfying to mess them around and then going bankrupt anyway.

How much debt do you have in total?

Thousands of people i`ll warrent, if you acknowledge service online, that gives you 28 days to submit your defence.
Its really nothing to be scared of, especially if you intend to go bankrupt anyway, not even worth thinking about to be honest.
CCJ`s are extinguished under bankrupcy, so if thats the path you intend to tred, just let them get on with it, it makes no difference to you does it what they do.
You don`t need our help, just go ahead with the bankrupcy, as long as you have taken good advice, and that`s the best thing to do, PRA group are irrelivant in all of this.

OP, you have been posting about this for over 12 months now without giving us any way of advising you whether bankruptcy is sensible for you..

You could do a soa in half an hour. That would be a good first step.

And breathe. . . . and try not to panic.

Who do you have to respond to? And how? Are they expecting you to cough up everything you owe within 14 days?

First, you could do worse than (if you haven't already) contact one of the debt help agencies. I always recommend StepChange because they just about saved my life a few years ago, here's the link : https://www.stepchange.org/  Tell them everything. And ask them everything too.

It seems that you might not be able to wait until after Christmas before you arrange to cope with your finances because things are happening now and it's not good to keep putting things off. I learned that lesson well.

See what Stepchange or another agency says but you will probably need to contact whoever has told you to respond within 14 days - is it PRA or is it the court? - and ask for more time, especially as there's a coronavirus lockdown. (Are you in Scotland? If so that's probably a good thing because from what I can gather you're just about to go into a lockdown).

I have googled PRA and it seems that they are a bit of a shower, to put it mildly. The Financial Ombudsman has received over 2000 complaints about them. I'll put the link here, read about them, it may make you feel a bit better.

Don't let them bully you and don't panic and do something you may regret later.

Just contact StepChange or maybe Citizens Advice and let them help you. Don't use an agency that asks you to pay for their services, though.

Try not to worry too much, these things happen to the best of us.
