Drawing mortgage funds too early - Barclays

Hi everyone.
I have exchanged on the sale of my house with completion set 2 weeks from now.
My idiot of a buyer (and his even more idiot of a solicitor) have requested to draw mortgage funds from Barclays too early and are insisting to complete early, which I can't do. They now said they will return the funds to Barclays and re-request them for the actual completion date. OTher than the fact it's incompetence at it's finest, I'm worried that Barclays may now cancel the mortgage, delay a 2nd funds withdrawl, or just put more hurdles due to this.
Question: what should I (they) do?
Thank you.

It’s not an issue. They’ll just re draw them again, it happens. I used to work in conveyancing, sometimes completion dates would change due to an issue somewhere in the chain and we’d all have to do it. Barclays are a business, they’re not going to throw away 10’s or potentially 100’s of thousands of pounds away due to a basic mistake.0

Barcalys allow funds to be re-drawn within 21 or 28 days (cant remember which) and dont require any further information. Happened to me a few times over lockdown with failed simultaneous exchange/completion cases
dont worry about it0
