Accord mortgage timeline

Has anybody had their mortgage approved from Accord recently? Full application was submitted on 6/11. Hard searches carried out on the 7th and valuation and homebuyers report already carried out! I'm getting a bit nervous now!

Just wanted to say Accord are really efficient lately and can't say anything bad about the way the keep the broker updated (from a client perspective, obviously). I'm sure you can get specific time lines in the post above but mine was 9 weeks during 1st lockdown and I know it's reduced considerably since.0
