Prudential - PruRetire Portal

Bless Prudential's little cotton socks.... They took their portal down on Thursday evening (if memory serves me) and expected it to be back up at some point on Sunday (this bit may be incorrect), then Tuesday 17th.  Ummm, whilst the portal page exists and you can log in there is nothing there, apparently it has encountered an error retrieving my details :'(

It came back briefly yesterday then dropped out again. Been ok this afternoon. Pension 50% more than March statement so no big complaints here :)

Interesting, as I can log in but it always fails to return data.  I'll leave it a while to see, and contact them.

Yes closed Thursday and was due back yesterday. I managed to login yesterday updated password and set go paperless; later login got an error message with no data; then later a block saying back Tuesday; then another login with no data; then a block saying try later; then today ok - just tried again and it took some time loading data but working fine.

I waited 30mins to get to them today on the phone.  They are migrating to the new website and I think everyone needs to re-register etc

Yes, re-registration was all completed successfully, and I can log in with my new details but...no data.

Unless you have something urgent to do, I would leave it a week or so then call them early in the morning as that's when many of these call lines are quieter.
