How do I find a broker for a buy to let?

I didn’t use a broker with my home so I don’t know how to find a broker or if I need a specific buy-to-let one.

I have a low income. 19k base income 20k including overtime. My current property is 69% ltv of the original price I paid and I have 20% plus fees saved for a £180-190k buy-to-let. No credit card debt or loans and no negative credit history. Have successfully paid off loans in the past and don’t miss any mortgage or other payments. I would like to buy in Jan or Feb. Should I look for a broker now? How do I find a low income specialist.

Google mortgage broker in your local area.
Ask a friend or family if they know anyone / company.
Going to be very difficult with less than £25K income and 80% LTV
