I take my non - folding bike on the London underground Mon - Fri each evening . I get on the train at 15;50 and get of at 16;05 . I think that you are not allowed to take a bike on a underground train after 16;00 can I get a fine or a caution for having my bike on the train for 5 minutes after 16;00 what is the fine if there is one

I would presume it is the entry time that matters, as you are unlikely to get fined if your train ran late and you failed to exit by 16.00.
Essentially, they are not allowed between 7.30 and 9.30 and 16.00 and 19.00.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Are bicycles allowed on all lines? I've seen them on the sub-surface lines like Metropolitan and District trains, but can you take them on deep level lines like the Central or Northern?. Those trains are much smaller and in central London would involve taking cycles up and down long escalators.

Nobody has answered my question and what is the fine if you are fined ? I know there is a £80 fine for travelling without a valid ticket0

You're not allowed to take a non folding bike in the central zones - for example on the bakerloo, non folding bikes are only allowed on the section north of Queen's Park.

Correct. Essentially, not on the deep bored tunnel part of the network, only on the cut and cover sections. This is presumably due to fire regulations. No free lunch, and no free laptop1

The rules are probably the same as for Oyster/contactless, where if you tap in before the peak travel time starts you are charged the off peak rate despite arriving at your destination after 4pm. But you really need to ask them, also whether bikes are allowed on the trains you are using.

I don't think there is a fine as such, but the station staff can ask you to leave the station, and trains held (if you board) until you get off/ leave.
If you get difficult then the police maybe called - and I imagine there is an offence you can be charged with then, even if it isn't specifically for taking an unfolded bike on the tube..1 -
It will be a byelaw offence, and you can be prosecutedI consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0
