Mortgage offer received

Hello
I've never posted before but been lurking in the shadows for a while.
Just wanted to recommend haras the broker who posts on here regularly.
Its only taken 7 working days with her expertise from application to offer. We had one request for a p60 and that's it as she gained all into required beforehand.
Was so sure we would be rejected as we have some late payments and some existing debt. But it was so easy I am still in disbelief.
Official offer letter came yesterday 😊

Do Skipton typically request 1 month statement for an employed mortgage?

If any non basic-salary is being used, latest 2 P60s are required to support the same.Do bear in mind that Skipton retains the discretion to ask for more evidence if they think it's necessary, as do all lenders.

we are applying with Skipton now too. They just asked for a letter from employer confirming that my husband returned to work after November furlough, so hopefully we will get an offer by end of week too.0
