This is great for anyone on a diet for use with salad dress, in foods and in coffee.

Why would you put oil - specifically pure saturated fat from coconut oil - in coffee?!? Especially if you're on a diet?

It's supposed to promote fat burning or something as part of a low carb keto diet. I tried a "latte" made like this from a coffee shop once (just curious) and it was like strong coffee flavoured cream - really odd texture wise.
